Life Histories of Amphibians in Deserts
Amphibians have an amazing range of life-histories from those that deposit thousands of eggs in standing water to others which bear very few live young, but relatively few (~200) live in the world's deserts. This desk based project asks which life-history traits best suit desert environments and would suit a student who is interested in researching literature, learning GIS techniques and publishing their work.
